The first part of the lessons we watched the video called fixing the shadow they showed how they use camera obscures and how the first camera was made and how it looked like you was actually there in some of the pictures and how henry talbot created the first pictures and how he had a competitor Dugerra.
The second part of the lesson we made a time line with the dates(refer back to time line) that have been posted on blogger also we found out about cameras and how they work and how the shutter speeds effect the picture quality. we also used sim cam for examples of the shutter speeds and qualitys.
The third part of the lesson we learnt about signifiers and signified for example if you see the word rose youll think of a rose in your mind you'll think of a rose as an object. also we learnt about how people think wof things like colours red means danger to some people and love to others. also we did denotations and connatations. Denotations are as it sounds denoting a picture, you put what you think you can see from the picture so for example henry 8th you see he's wealthy you know his king so that sort of thing were as connatation is the personal views of that person or thing.
